💙How do I place an order?

💙Do you combine orders?
Yes, I automatically combine if you place multiple orders (same day) and refund you the extra shipping. Please advise prior if your placing multiple orders within a few days apart to combine, otherwise I try to combine when I can.
💙What’s your turn around time?
My current turn around time is 3-5 Business days. Postage runs are Monday, Wednesday & Friday. This doesn’t include postage times, if you select express it does not mean your order jumps to the front of the queue - you can contact me prior to ordering and ask if I am able to pack your order sooner (no guarantee)
💙Is there a limit?
Yes and no, I don’t limit how many clays you can purchase. But once they sell out they are out until they restock.
💙Do you offer preorders?
I am cutting down due to delays that may occur but will offer in preparation for Halloween and Christmas, please read t&c on preorders.
⛔️Preorder information is found in VIP group under announcements for latest information, I do not send individual updates. I always do weekly updates if there is pending preorders.
💙Do you offer custom clays?
At this stage I do not but will look to in the future, as majority makers offer limited numbers for custom requests each order.
