Processing Times - Pre Orders/Buys - Returns
In stock - items will be processed within 3-5 business days. If you require an item to be processed ASAP, please leave your request in the notes (only if applicable)
Please note - If you purchase express shipping normal processing times still applies and it is only express once it’s taken to post office.
Items may oversell at point of purchase, if applicable and a similar design is available we will replace otherwise we will refund.
Our Post Office day runs are Monday-Thursday.
Pick Up - Unfortunately we no longer offer pick up, due to customers not picking up orders or not arriving at allocated times.
Please note: if you order in stock items along with preorder items, your entire order will be delayed until the preorder stock is ready to ship. To avoid delays, make sure you order in stock items separately to any preorder items.
Pre orders - items will be confirmed once order is placed and paid. Pre order items list will then be sent to maker and added to their agenda, generally taking 6 - 8 weeks to complete (please note this does not include international shipping times, as they vary) once clays arrive to us they will be sent out within 3-5 business days.
We may be able to offer a store credit if items are missing from preorder - please consult via Email, Facebook or Instagram.
Combined orders - if you have multiple preorders and wish to combine postage, this will be done automatically if they arrive within the same time frame. Otherwise please advise and we will hold your orders until they all arrive to send together.
Please understand that we do our best to stick to designated times but due to preorder amounts, production times may vary.
Please understand that we will do our best to accomplish your request but cannot always guarantee it. If you require your order to be received by a specific date, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Processing times are NOT inclusive of shipping time.

All sales are final once paid. Returns will not be accepted for change of mind. If your item has been damaged via transit, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
